Confusing!


Orang tua2 kate mkn ulam awet mude... Hehehe lain lak dlm artikel nih. Dia kate mkn ulam byk leh dpt sakit jantung! Aiyoo! Mane 1 mau ikot?? :P

Org yg buat research ni kate dlm ulam ade mineral called potassium. Bende alah ni mostly
naturally ade dlm sume food - it plays crucial role in normal muscle & nerve activity, particularly the heart. Tp kalau berlebih sgt especially for people yg mmg body high in potassium, mmg bahaya. Same gak utk org yg ade kidney failure, xleh remove excess potassium, so nnt terkumpul dlm darah. Bile dh terkumpul byk sgt tu yg jd hyperkalemia (potassium level too high) then dpt la heart disorder...

Mm mcm2 ek?! Mane la nk tau potassium level kite tgi ke rendah. Org dolu2 tuh elok je pon sihat, no complaints... Zmn skang nih mmg la potassium tgi, not just from ulam, consumed from other food jgk kot.. Mm pepandai la jage mkn ye kwn2.. Hehhehe Mcm aku nih sume blasah! Takot dh tua memcm la pulak... Alahai...

notes: petai, segala mcm pucuk, daun selom, ulam raja, bayam, kangkung, sawi = high in potassium. so do fruits like banana, papaya, orange, kiwi, durian, honeydew, coconut & prune juices.
