The raising of kopitiams... Please serve me good food!

I don't know what happen to me today. First, I suddenly have sinus. Then I went to the clinic for ubat. Then another suddenly I became a sarcastic person. Condemning and nagging about everything. I noticed that my body shaking after taking all the medicine. Dah macam orang parkinson! Are you kidding me doc? Did you prescribe me wrong medicine? See, now I'm blaming the doctor pulak dah.

Enough about the medicine. Blame me because I'm the one yang mintak ubat power lebih sebab I want a speedy recovery! Duhhh...

Back to the topic. Ekceli nak story pasal this kopitiam. Entah hape2 semua serba tak kena harini. And I made a bad choice of having my late lunch at ban.gi ko.pitiam, wangsa walk. Instead of subway I chose ba.ngi ko.pitiam! Heh! Let see why I am nagging about it.

Ok, kalau saya tak bagitau nama meal kat gambar bawah ni can you guess it?

Tettt! Time's up! This is what they called chicken chop! I don't mind if you want to do it your own style. But please la, at least biar lah semenggah sikit. Tengok macam fried chicken slice pun ada. Tabur dengan telur putih yang goreng panjang-garing2 tuh. Abih special la tuh eh? Dip pun bagi chilli sauce jek. I only managed to finish the fries. Alaaahai...

Yang ni pulak they tag it as 'must try' bun in the menu. I forgot it's name. Something kuaci-butter lah. Ingatkan ade biji kuaci ke hape. Tengok2 bun bodoh spread dengan butter tabur gula. Another alahai... Bukan ke kalau 'must try' meal something yang special? Oh, c'mon lah people!


In term of kopi pulak, tak kaw langsung! Nescafe ice jalang (cair) gitu kat rumah pun boleh buat. Even better. Kalau takde kopi sendiri pun patut at least ada lah rasa kaw. Macam kopi kampung ke. So far for me, OT nye kopi ais gak yang kaw! Again yang ni tag as 'recommended'. ???! Special tang gelas dia yang tinggi menggunung tuh jek lah. Susah nak minom. Kena panjangkan leher lah pulak. Dah macam rupe zirafah memasing struggle menyedut air :P

The raising of kopitiam kat KL ni memang macam cendawan tumbuh selepas hujan. Economy wise memang bagus lah, tapi consumer / customer satisfaction wise? Hancus! They don't even jaga the franchaising quality. Kalau suruh staff diorang makan food yang diorang serve agak2 diorang tergamak ke nak makan? We pay for our food, so kepada orang2 yang menjalankan perniagaan makanan, tolong lah make sure you serve us with taste good and quality food. I as a customer don't even mind to pay extra just to enjoy my food. That's me. Do you?

p/s: kalau sedap orang tak kondem. kalau melatah kena kritik, you never gonna improve!
p/p/s: takde sape ke yang nak buat kopitiam yang very the kampung2? serve ubi ketuk cicah sambal. dalam menu ada pulut cicah macam2. tapi tag as 'not available'??? poyo!

dahsat sungguh! memang harus tulis memo panjang2 kat napkin pastu pas kat boss depa baca. ingat dah habis terer la tu hahaha..
