Cramp

It has been a long time since I last experienced leg cramps. And last night, after 2 years (4ish am to be exact) i felt it again. But this time it was really hurts that I couldn't do anything. Jerit punye kuat panggil en hubby, siap nangis² lagi tuh. Tegang gile kat tang betis tuh. Kesian en hubby, tengah mamai niat nak tolong urutkan. Kena marahlah pulak sebab memang takleh pegang langsung. Sakit ahh! Haish! Pe hal la pulak ni. I had this only if I'm pregnant tau. No! No! Don't jump into conclusion ye :P

After a few minutes, baru rasa ok, duduk jap terus bangun sahur. Semangat tuh nak sahur sebab teringat my mom punye pulut kuning and rendang ayam! I noticed that I've been craving for pulut lately. Rasa selera je tengok lemang tapi mesti ada rendang lah. Tak kisah lah lemang or pulut kuning or ketupat palas. Janji pulut ;) Last 2 days en hubby did buy me lemang (sebatang) and rendang ayam. I finished it all by myself! No kidding! Takde chance orang lain nak makan. Buka and sahur melantak lemang. Sahur pagi tadi melantak pulut kuning pulak :P Is it because of the pulut i suffered the cramp eh? Angin kan? Ermm...

InsyaAllah, today gonna be my 4th day of puasa qadha. Let me recap what I had for the last 3 days of my sahur and iftar.

Day 1:
Sahur - milo + a few ketul of kuih raya
Iftar - double cheese burger from mcD

Day 2:
Sahur - milo + ??? (tak ingat lah)
Iftar - lemang + rendang ayam

Day 3:
Sahur - milo + lemang + rendang ayam
Iftar - ayam penyet @ the curve (yummeh! thanx babe! ;))

Day 4:
Sahur - milo + pulut kuning + rendang ayam
Iftar - ??? (any suggestion?) Lain betul kalau puasa bukan dalam bulan ramadhan. Selera macam hape je ;P

You all dah start qadha lom tuh? Ke tunggu last minute jugak? Mak kalau lambat² nanti liat dah. Hehehe. Baru day 4 nih. Ada day 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 lagi nih. Hehehe :P Takpe. Lepas ni boleh dah la 'raya sakan'. Yippie! ;)

angin la tuh..pulut kn angin, klu da sahur n buka sume pulut..dasat gak awak mkn pulut eh, kalah ann..
da byk gak la tuh 4 hari, ann satu pon lom..niat ade tp tak berani lg..tunggu betul2 confirm..ari nih ingt nak check la..betul ckp awak, klu betul2 ade, bole bjaga2 dr awal..

xpe la slowly. ade setahun lg to next ramadhan leh ganti later ;) good luck eh. prevention & precaution are always better than prevention :)

eza, dr pengalaman sy kene cramp pagi² cenggitu atau tgh mlm slalunya sbb kaki terdedah masa tidur (hehe.. kes tido pakai seluo pendek pastu tido x pakai selimut). sy slalu kene masa skolah dulu :)
terornye awk mkn pulut.. sy pun hantu pulut gak lagi² tapai pulut & pulut panggang, tp skang kene pantang :(
